Monthly Challenge Rules

Free monthly challenges are included in your membership to help hold you accountable, make training even more fun, and give you an extra push! Every month, 4 members are chosen to win $500, plus every winner receives $250 to donate to the charity of their choice!

In-app signups are available from the 1st to the 5th of each month.

Winners are picked by how active they are throughout the challenge, based on who we see prioritizing themselves (story tags & emails). We don’t pick winners based off of physical progress, as your health and happiness are more important to us!
